"Best service. Very pro-active. hotel staff are wonderful. Taking the hotel taxis are way much better than taking a taxi on the street. Very comfortable n huge beds with lots of pillows. Very pro-active hotel staff which who will offer u their recommendations. Always wearing a smile. Offered an upgrade at a very reasonable price as well. Room service is wonderful and fast. Breakfast is perfect as well. Location is well situated, shopping centres are all within walking distances. To find a touch of cheap and good local food. Just behind the hotel are those by the road hawkers which prop up at night for business."

"2nd time at the hotel.. everything perfect, except for the breakfast - definitely need more food variety - very limited choice of food. With that fixed, we'd recommend the hotel highly!"

"Service was disappointing. It took 45 minutes for an extra luggage rack to be delivered by housekeeping. Breakfast buffet selection was VERY limited and there was no coffee shop. "

"hotel breakfast was very disappointing-when compared to other international hotels i have stayed in KL. The choice for european breakfast was very limited and the staff did not know how to get even half boiled eggs! Think the hotel mainly caters for non european/american guests. taking taxis from the hotels was very dificult and one had to go out on the main road to get them, but then we got cheated every time as taxi drivers refuse to us the meters and ask fares sometimes 5-8 times more than the meter would indicate."
