| "It's great that there is a good hotel right at the KLIA. Our room was very spacious and quiet (no noice from the airplanes).
The minus was that the pool is not open 24 hours a day. They could also offer rooms for e.g. 6hours as there are many customers who change planes (KLIA/LCCT) and would like to shower/ sleep during the stopover." |

| "Perfectly situated for overnight transit passengers absolutley quiet rooms with no aircraft noises whatsoever.
Hotel is Five stars and you get 5 star service, however the buffet meals are NOT 5 star, the only comment would be to bring your three star food up to five star quality, luke warm dishes of mediocre quality at a price which is considered a high price for meals in Malaysia is NOT something that endeared the hotel to my wife and I, especially as being located at the airport gives you no other choice but to eat there or in the terminal." |

| "After the long flights, the hotel is the best place to unwind. The service were exceptionally great and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Personally thank to our waiter 'Ahmed' whom very helpful in getting our specific food request right (as for Vegan, to get delicious and fantastic meal, we really appreciate it!)" |

| "We have stayed at Pan Pacific 3 times now.It is perfect for overnight to catch your flight next day,as it is in the KLIA complex a short walk (6 mins) or they do have buggys. " |

| "we used the Pan Pacific Hotel as a stopover in both directions to break our recent trip to the UK. we are a family of 4 with 2 young children aged 3 + 6. And it was perfect - easy and attentive service - nothing was too much trouble. We were collected in the little 'cart' at the airport and whisked to the hotel with all our (copious) luggage and tired but excited children - didn't have to leave the airport which was fantastic and saved on unnecessary transfer costs. Great value - will def use again. Thanks!" |

| "The Pan Pacific is excellent especially for overnight stop,it has extensive facilities good links to the city and a stunning foyer and for those who smoke it has a smooking lounge no need to huddle outside feeling like an outcast!.pool is large and underused meals are good value staff attentive all in all a great choice if you do not want to stay in KL city " |
