| "This is a great hotel!! It was very affordable and yet very luxurious. The rooms were huge and always very clean and tidy. The view unfortunately was of a building site which was a bit disappointing and our room was just below the Luna Bar so we did hear some noise on the Friday night but these were minor inconveniences. The buffet breakfast was very good but probably needed a bit more variety. Location was right across the road from the KL Tower and about 10-15 minutes walk to the Twin towers. The rooftop pool was great and gym facilities excellent. This is an excellent hotel and great value for money. I would recommend this hotel to everyone but seniors as you do need to do a little bit of walking (some uphill) if you stay at this hotel. " |

| "This is a fantastic hotel. We stayed for 11 nights and would highly recommend it to any traveller. Check in and out so easily and the staff most helpful. The rooms are very luxurious and roomy as they are actually apartments. I wish I had the bathroom in my home, it was fabulous. The facilities are great,the gym even has attendants, as does the pool. Breakfast was delicious, housekeeping you can not fault (twice a day). The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for most people to walk to Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang. The monorail is close by only 5 minutes walk. Hotel is right across the road from the KL tower - I recommend dinner there!! Overall, this hotel is great value for money and I would definitely stay there again." |

| "Great hotel. Friendly English speaking staff. Great breakfasts. Gym well equipped. Great clean rooms. A little walk up the hill to return to the hotel. Had a little miss understanding with airport transfers which I organised from Australia. We had a party of 11 and the mini bus arrived with only 8 seats. Otherwise very happy with all. " |

| "This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Large rooms and good facilities. Luna Bar the funkiest and most unbelievable we have come across although expensive.
Breakfast was good. Will recommend." |

| "We opted for a Deluxe Room in Pacific Regency Hotel next to Menara (KL Tower) for a short honeymoon on 26 and 27 October 2008.
The room is large and spacious, king size bed, huge bathroom and well equiped bath and the bathing products are very nice. The gym and roof top swimming pool with a view of twin towers, and breakfast are all very good. I rate it 5 Star Service.
We will be back for more.

| "The room was not well maintained. There were insects nesting in the wood work by the bed and crawling all over the bed. When we rang reception to complain they said 'what do you expect me to do about it' which was poor service. Eventually they moved us into another room.
The reception/concierge desk weren't very friendly. Little things matter when it comes to customer service. For example, when we were waiting to depart and I was feeling poorly, we asked for a glass of water but it took 10 minutes of 'debate' before they would find some (all the rooms have free bottles of water so couldn't understand why they couldn't provide one of those).
The bars are good but I couldn't stand the smoking in the building's public areas, bars, restaurants.
The location is good but the hotel is underwhelming and does not match up to the website at all which looks much more stylish and luxurious." |

| "Though conveniently located it is not easy to find and access especially with luggages as the route involves some sloping paths. Breakfast was good but varieties were limited, however I was so touched that they delivered my breakfast to my room at 5am on my departure date due to early flight time, and it was no ordinarly continental breakfast with cold hard rolls but fresh toasts, fresh juices and hot coffee! Overall a good experience and would recommend to other tourists." |
