| "The hotel is in the right location. The staffs are attentive and helpful. The room is a bit too small and squashy. Everything seems to be confined.
Breakfast meals are limited and lack variety especially local fruits, Late check out are available upon request and room are clean ! Yes it is value for money ! " |

| "Novotel is absolutely stunning close to the major shopping belts and the Raja Chulan Monorail Station in Kuala Lumpur. Our room is clean and comfortable and commanded an excellent view of the Pavilion Shopping Mall.
The staffs are friendly and the daily breakfast is of good standard. We enjoyed our stay at Novotel and look forward to staying there again in the near future." |

| "I have had a business trip to attend a conference in the KL Convention Centre. The hotel is most conveniently located. Excellent value for money for the purpose (taking into account the discounted rate). From the hotel room window, the beautiful Twin Towers are completely hiden behind an office block. I am sure this is a big reason for the modest hotel rate.
Some stains on the cushion on the sofa in hotel room.
Occasional flies settling on exposed food in hotel restaurant.

| "Service at reception was terrible, we had to repeat ourselves about 5 times to the lady there and even at the end after we had asked for a late check out she still didnt organise it. (new staff member who wasnt trained properly i guess).
The room was great, the food was tasty, breakfast was not great, but i guess they are catering for all sorts of tastes. Don't bother with turkey or chicken bacon, if its not real bacon, don't serve it is my recommendation.
The location was great, close to most things and the room was really lovely with flat screen telly and very modern. One thing they need to look at is the length of the quilts, way too short for the bed.
Nice hotel, would stay there again." |

| "Hotel was great. answering e-mails or any help with train bus was terrible before we arrived . Because of this had to phone myself . phone they gave did not have total county code. when we got there spent have the day then having to pick up our bus tickets. It would have been so simple for them to call and make reservation for us and then explain how difficult it is to get to bus staion and suggested tahat we take cab. " |
