"It is valueable for budget travelers to study with. Thank you!"

"As much as I wish to give my comments on Nova Htl but there is no way that I can move +/- key on my laptop. Hence, give up. 1 impt fact 2 note is that if we are paying for wireless internet, why must confirmed only in hotel lobby area which I found to be very much inconvenient. Pls note that if I have to do at hotel lobby at a charge, then I might as well walk to Starbucks where I can get free internet access, rite?"

"The television selection isn't too good. There was not much to watch on the television on those days when I was staying in the room. Perhaps a better tv program selection should be made available like Star Movies"

"I never thought that the location is very cool...so many food centre that we can get with cheap price...and we are really enjoy to stay at Nova...next trip we will always choose this place as this is a perfect place to choose when we came to Kuala Lumpur....Five Tumbs Up !!"

"The Nova Hotel has seen better days. My first room was shoddy with a dirty carpet and a hot shower system that didn't work. Staff were helpful and I changed rooms but again very poor quality for the price. Breakfast was so poor that I ate outside. I would not recommend this hotel and would stay in other similar hotels which are much more upmarket and modern for the same price. "

"Room was smelling, we asked for a non smoking, was not available. The hotel has no bar, so we asked for a simple cold coke or beer, sorry not available.Even a simple cold drink machine. The young man at the reception desk, was very very friendly. He should move to an other hotel.Location was perfect."

"The Reception did a good job to re-confirm on my rooms requirement before allocating a room according to my requirement. Good location, with nearby shopping malls + lot of food stalls. The rooms were pretty clean except for some stains on the walls."
2/5  Posted by MR. KHAN, Rizwan Uz Zaman, Pakistan in August 2008
"It is a normal budget hotel, located not far from most shopping district. The neighborhood is kind a messy because of Buddhist temple sort of things burning round the corner all the time. It was an ok hotel though the breakfast was great."
3/5  Posted by MS. KIZILDAG, Ayse, Turkey in August 2008
"The hotel is very CBD. Very convenient. However, the rpice you pay is too much for this hotel. The rooms do not have a mini fridge in that hot Malaysian weather. How come? The hotel staff also do not help you take a taxi with a meter. They hire taxis on fixed very expensive price. I actually expected to staff to protect their customers in such a meterless Kuala Lumpur. "
