4/5  Posted by MS. HEO, Yeong Shil, Korea in May 2008
"Convenient location just besides LRT and 5 mins to KLCC. However, no convenient store nearby. And don't understand why the hotel taxi is more expensive?! Hotel service is good overall. "
5/5  Posted by MR. ALZAABI, Sultan, United Arab Emirates in April 2008
"Very clean and well kept hotel. Service is very good and the staff are very freindly. In one or two occasions we did not feel that we were well taken care of at the breakfast but nothing seriouse. Else, it was very enjoyable stay and we fully recommend it. "
3/5  Posted by MR. VAN DE VEN, Max, Netherlands in February 2008
"A real disappointment!! Dirty bathroom; dirty carpet in the room. Room needs to be renovated!"
5/5  Posted by MRS. HEPBURN, Jennifer, United Kingdom in September 2007
"Hotel Nikko fully measured up to our expectations. The rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to KL."
4/5  Posted by MS. WALKER, Georgina, Australia in February 2007
"Staff here make the difference. Go out of your way to make your stay brilliant. I couldnt get a taxi to collect from at a function due to heavy rain- rang hotel and they arranged one of their taxis - impressive. Shower had mold on tiles; and stain on carpet which just took away the edge from the room. Great spa treatments and good pricing. I have stayed there before due to location and safety - as a single woman traveller and would stay there again. Great value for money."
4/5  Posted by MR. FREEBOROUGH, David, United Kingdom in January 2007
"A wonderful hotel but a wee bit out of the way of the sights and sounds of KL. Right on the LRT as well. Incredible value for money as the majority of 5 stars in Malaysia are. There was a stain on one of our towels and there wasn't a non-smoking section in the bar but these are minor quibbles."
5/5  Posted by MR. TAYLOR, Jamie, United States in December 2006
"This hotel is across the street from a metro station. My room was large and well furnished. The breakfast buffet (included in my booking) has a nice variety of both eastern and western dishes."
3/5  Posted by BS, Singapore in July 2006
"The hotel is getting pretty old and the rooms show it.The first room I stayed in the A/C never worked, and the towels were torn. For a 5 star hotel this is not acceptable, however when I complained they did change the room although only after the A/C repair team never turned up. The rooms and corridors have a very musty smell, and feel damp. Most likely, I would not visit this hotel again. Last but not least my colleague was charged 4x the normal telephone rate per minute, only when he complained did we find out thet they charged the wrong rate....Better check your bills!!!"
