| "This hotel has an excellent location across from KLCC. The rooms are well designed - a glass wall separating the main room from the bathroom giving a sense of greater space. The pool is excellent - particularly its range of massage jets. They have an excellent breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. I have stayed here a number of times and will do so again. Its excellent value for money." |

| "We were on honeymoon and got a free upgrade from a junior suite to a luxe suite with view on the Petronas Towers. Four large ceiling-to-floor windows gave a beautiful view. Very large room. A few thing surprised me though for a luxe suite in a 5-star hotel: The toilet was in the bathroom instead of separate / the TV could not be turned towards the beds.
The interior of the hotel is not all shiny marble, chandeliers and thick carpets but what they call 'design'. If you like the marble-version this may be a bit simple for you. But we thought it was very attractive." |

| "Was very impressed by the chic decor and facilities of hotel. The room was perfect except that on the last night, my sister was woken up by a cockroach crawling on her. Later in the morning, I saw it in the cupboard. " |

| "We stayed at this hotel for one night at the end of a two week trip elsewhere. We booked it because we wanted to indulge ourselves a bit whilst in KL and because of its location to the Petronas Towers (3 mins walk door to door).
The design of the hotel is ultra chic, modern and minimal. We had a deluxe suite on the 18th floor which was massive with perfect views of the towers. Service was top notch, everything was so clean and the room was equipped beyond our expectations. The bed and pillows were so comfy.
Our only grumble was that it was just not that cosy. The air con was always very cold and when you come out of your room and look down over the balcony down the middle of the hotel (you can see from the top floor down into the lobby area) you'd be forgiven for thinking you were in Cell Block H. I suppose it just lacked a bit of homeliness. The bar areas were appointed with cushions and more soft furnishings which was needed.
That said, the dinner food is sublime, the breakfast plentiful and their attention to detail was an exact science. It also has to be said that the service was so genuinely kind and courteous, I wondered whether I might want to work there!
If you don't have long in KL and want a high quality hotel that's handy for the twin towers then this is ideal - just take a jumper for breakfast!!" |
