| "Nice Hotel, huge room and bathroom size, great breakfast. The only thing I am a bit dissapointed is the location. Although it is still in city area, the hotel is not located at the city centre. There is a shopping mall, but very old, and very quiet, not many people come there. Luckily, its very close to train stations. Overall highly recommended, and would definitely stay in this hotel again." |

| "We booked two deluxed rooms with an adjoining door. Unfortunately, the door could not be locked as and when when the other family (a couple) needs some privacy. Perhaps we needed to get the key from the reception.
One of the rooms we stayed in (2518, I think) did not have a kettle at the pantry area while the other had.
Otherwise, the rooms were very comfortable and clean." |

| "Overall, I'd say this hotel is good value for the price. However, I wouldn't say that it's a 5 star hotel. They need to address some issues in the dining room at breakfast time, such as making sure the hot food is 'hot' and perhaps creating a seperate 'egg station' to reduce the horrible line at the hot food section. I did make that suggestion to the restaurant manager and I'll be interested to see if they actually DO listen to what guests say when I stay there again in March 2008.
Some of the staff were wonderful and know what a Five star hotel is all about, whereas some others really need some training (or maybe find a different job), especially in the dining room.
There was a bit of a misunderstanding when I checked in and they gave me the wrong room, but then the receptionist upgraded me to an executive room to make up for the inconvenience, which was really fantastic.
The bathroom has the BEST shower I've ever had, anywhere in the world!
If they sort out a few of the staff and the problems in the dining room at breakfast, this could be an exceptional hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting a 4 star hotel, and really, it suited my needs perfectly, so I will definitely stay here again." |

| "The Concierges' were great, very helpful and friendly service. I found the room to be average, not a 4 star hotel, maybe 3 star. There cleaning staff was average as hand towels were not replaced, and water bottles not provided after the first day. Pool was good, gym equipment average. I would look for a hotel closer to Jalan Ahor(Bukit Bintang) as I really enjoyed the Hawker stall style foods." |
