| "Very helpful staff. Rooms are quite small, but well equipped and if you like a good breakfast, the one at Meridien is superb! Good connection to the KLIA Express as well as its next to Sentral Station. " |

| "Service at Concierge during check-in and check-out was excellent. However, room wise, it's not as well designed as Hilton. I got sick the moment I came back to Singapore and I suspect it's because of the stale air in my room. Might be just my suspicion or an isolated case. Nonetheless, just on the service excellence of this hotel, I would recommend this hotel for non-budget travellors." |

| "Its good because its KLIA Express train to Sentral and the access to catch trains to city - that was the best asset about this hotel." |

| "We stayed at the Meridian KL for one night only on the way back from Bali. The location of the hotel is very convenient, straight opposite Sentral station (where the express train from KLIA stops). The check-in staff were not very welcoming and made no attempt to make any conversation with us and they did not even direct us to the lift area once we had checked in. This was our honeymoon (as noted on the check-in info) and they did not even wish us a pleasant stay!
We stayed in a classic room on the 23rd floor. It was very small but ok for 2. The king bed was comfy, had tea and coffee facilities and a mini-bar. Internet was about 65MYR for 24 hours.
Our room overlooked the pool (which is open until 10pm) - we did not try the pool but it looked great fun and even had a little waterslide. Could also see the park and had a very open view of main roads which looked pretty at night.
Room was very clean - as you would expect from a 5* - bathroom was a little dated though but very clean.
Breakfast the next morning was wonderful!! Sooooo much choice. But again the staff were not very welcoming and merely went about their work removing plates and offering drinks with no attempt at extra conversation.
We left our bags at the left luggage service for the morning whilst we went to have a look around KL.
Overall a good 5* hotel but the service could be improved to make it a bit more memorable." |

| "I stayed at Le Meridian for aboout 7 nights and it was fantastic. The service was perfect, the staff were fantastic, everything was fantastic. I was away on business and was there on my birthday and when I rang for service on my birthday I was always greeted with a Happy Birthday. I will stay there again next time I am in KL and recommend anyone else travelling to KL to stay there also. By the way, the buffet dinner was amazing and great value for money." |

| "This is a top quality hotel, and excellent value for a western traveller. Facilities and service are excellent, and the breakfast - quality, range and presentation are top shelf! With it location just across the road from Sentral rail, it is an easy comute from KLIA, and easy access to suburbian networks." |
