| "We will never stay at this terrible hotel again!!!
1. We booked a 2-bedroom Executive Suite on the 10th floor, but the elevator didn't stop at 9th and 10th floor. We had to go up and down the stairs from the 11th. (Stairs are dirty and stink!) So pity for those who stay on the 9th as they have to climb up and down 2 floors.
2. The rooms needs maintainance. Worn out rooms with broken refrigerators and clocks. Hot water supply takes lots of time until we catch cold.
3. One bed room did not have a TV. Not drinking water at all in the rooms.
4. If we close the doors to the bedrooms, it will be autmatically locked and we cannot open it from the living room again, because there is no doorknob. We asked the hotel staff to open it, but it took 5 hours while we asked them 5 times!
5. When we came back to our room, the electric supply was turned off. We had to wait for 2 hours in the dark room, though we asked the staff 3 times. What they say was "DO NOT COMPLAIN"!!!
This hotel has many hard and soft problems. When we have a hard problem, their response is too late and rude. I would rather sleep out on the road next time.

| "Check in took a while because I think they were short of staff - so this might be a one-off problem easily resolved. Public areas all good and breakfast was very good. Bedrooms okay but a little tired looking. With a small amount of money being spent this could easily become a very good hotel." |

| "it was a dissapointment for a four star hotel! I was really shock with the condition and cleanliness since i step in the room.
1)stain and fungus carpet with unbearable smell.
2)toilet boil smells, the flush is not functioning, the towels are stained & smells.
3)again stain of blood on the bed sheet.
The front office does not seem pleaseant. " |

| "The picture of the rooms in the internet and the room does not tally. I felt cheated. Even the staff at the registeration counter did not give a friendly approach. I have stayed in many middle class hotels many times. This one beats them all. The staff(realised he was a manager from name tag) used his hand to wave me in. Maybe because I was an indian. No apologies for waiting. I just pass him the booking voucher and he just went to verify the booking. Blankly, told me my room number. That was it, which lift to take etc.. nothing. He must be a very unhappy employee in my view. Rooms had a very strong pungent smell of wet carpet. The carpets had soak markings everywhere. There were small cockroaches running around. The carpet where it merges with the toilet entrance had staple pins sticking out out. I had to throw a towel over to prevent our bare sole being injured. A very unhappy experience indeed. Nevertheless, the surrounding area to the hotel provided excellant eateries with local flavours. " |

| "Dirty and full of cockroaches (we slained about 50 of them during the 2 days we stayed there). Only got 2 towels for 3 persons and no toiletpaper. It's a shame because otherwise the hotell and the breakfast was very nice." |

| "Over all great service. The reception desk is very codial. If there is a concern or problem the staff took care of it right away.
The reception, taxi service and porter service, all excellent.
My next trip to Malaysia, Kula Lumpur; definitely I will stay at this place" |

| "We were in KL for the F1 GP and were very disapointed with this hotel having to change room 4 times to get a double bed smoking room and failed with the final room having coffee or something splattered up the wall and we had to get the bed changed on arrival with the room lacking in all the quoted amenities
The reception staff were very rude and virtually ignored every request we made and the room was filthy and worn out
The best thing was location and the evening bar staff who at least were friendly unlike reception
There is no way we would stay here again and would not recommend to anyone" |

| "Reception was perfunctory. Bathroom amentities poor. Taps and hot water don't seem to work well. TV was very old model with few channels. Difficult to get a taxi from the doorman. Breakfast was good. Otherwise, sub-standard even for a 3 star hotel. " |
