"My comment about dorsett regency hotel, the location near bukit bintang street which there so many shopping center over there. Lobby is to small, room and bath room is clean enough. swimming pool and Gym is too small. Overall everything is ok especially for budget travelers."

"The Dorsett is up- market . We were fortunate in that I booked a deluxe prem room as their were three of us and they gave us a corner room which was one of the hotels larger size rooms . The room was fresh and very well laid out. Room service was a bit slow especially for allowing for the 3rd person as everything supplied is for 2 people . Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly in spite of the fact that they were very busy . Veiw from 27th floor very good . Breakfast full of variety and we did not dine in their restaurant for dinner until the last night and were very disappointed that we had not done so before as the quality of the asian buffet was well worth it. The only negative was that the pool was absolutly freezing, could not even dangle toes without getting frostbite "

"The room we stayed( room 1610) was okay except that housekeeping did not take notice of the carpet ends that was frayed, leaving the wooden floor with nails on it exposed. As a result, I stepped on the nails what was on the wooden floor, It was sharp and rusty. I hurt the heels of my right foot, luckily I did not bleed. I have informed the Front office, but since we left, nothing was done. I hope you will have it rectified before another guest really hurts himself."

| "Dorsett Regency is a good hotel located very close to Bintang circle, the most happening place in KL. Service is excellent and the staff friendly. Though the guy who looked after us at the reception counter during check-in on 18th.July 2008 morning could be smiling instead of a rejected look at the guests coming to the hotel after a night flight. The reception is the index of a hotel and the people there makes the first impression and may be lasting.

"We were very happy with the room, the service, the location was absolutely great. Breakfast was very nice but could do with a little more room. The staff you could not fault in fact we have made some very good friends whom we have kept in contact with and will stay there again if for nothing else so as we can see more of them. In particular the door staff and a guys outside who organise your taxis. They could not have been more helpful. I would like to have seen a little more put into the eating outside at night. I think it has more potential than is being utilised particularly for the position. "
