| "Room was excellent and you could see the Petronas Towers from the window, the bathroom was huge and the sliding shutters above the bath a nice touch. Food and drinks in the bars were expensive, but given the star rating of the hotel not unsurprising. Excellently located for KLCC and towers. " |

| "Excellent hotel, located just 5 minutes (walking distance) from the Petronas Towers, KLCC and Aquaria, at a lively and cool area full of restaurants and boutiques.
Our room was a standard one but very well decorated, good size both room and bathroom. The staff was very professional and kind, they gave us useful information about the musts of Kuala Lumpur. The buffet breakfast is fantastic, serving internatinal dishes from many Asian countries and also Western food.
If I ever go back to Kuala Kumpur I'll stay again at Crowne Plaza Mutiara for sure!

Hotel looks very dated from the external facade, but internally the hotel is definitely 5 star.
Good restaurant facillities and buffet breakfast was excellent.
If going back to KL, would certainly go back." |

| "Firstly the hotel was very full and extremely busy, which put pressure on the staff, this aspect was a bit disappointing. Unfortunately the staff seemed tired and overworked. The room was very nice, no complaints with the size and quality of the space. The downstairs restaurant ISHQ, was fantastic and good value for a corporate dinner. The food was excellent and the service was also top notch amidst very pleasant surroundings. The coffee shop in the lobby served good coffee, but was a bit expensive. Overall the hotel was good, but too busy and frantic for my preference." |

| "Really good hotel in Central KL, from the room I could view the magnificence of Petronas Towers and the same view from the swimming pool, one of the best worth of the hotel. The hotel is just in front of Monorail station, so easy to move around instead of the common taxi and not far from Bukit Bintang, you can walk to there. Buffet at dinner really rich with honest price and breakfast magnificent, so much quantity of selection.Service really kind and warm.
Price of rooms honest, in line with the common low price of the stay in Malaysia.
Position of hotel in KL is the best value to return.
I spent really nice vacation" |
