| "The hotel was excellent in all respects. The rooms were large and spacious, swimming pool was clean, buffet breakfast had lot of variety and good choice for Indian vegetarians. The hotel was a tie up with a health club and guests can use their excellent facility. The hotel may be old but with regard to cleanliness, there was no compromise. The travel service was costly, hence did not use it. In all the hotel is excellent and I recommend it very highly." |

| "I was very disappointed with the Executive room as nothing was impressive and the hotel is really rundown. The buffet breakfast not very great I have been to many hotels and I find that your hotel did not impress me at all. I am sad to say this I will not recommend anyone because to be honest I did ask around my friends before booking your hotel they did tell me it is rundown and old. It is so depressing staying in your hotel." |

| "The location of the hotel is very good. Even the staff and its services are nothing to complain about.
Only thing is that it has a little worn out look and maybe needs some renovations.
Food is good, though the breakfast needs to be more elaborate with wider choices." |

| "The hotel is very good and with a good price. I woul recommend this hotel for everyone. Only for telephone outside the country they offer not a godd opportunity. The hotel is in a central location but to moove it need however a car. Just at the entrance of the hotel there are taxi that are very cheap to travel around the city. We reserve an executive room and we became a junior suite room with a wonderful panorama.
Thank you" |

| "This is possibly one of the worst 5 star hotels i have stayed in. The room was not ready despite being given the room key and not checking in until 5pm. I called to complain that the bathroom condiments i.e. toothbrush, toilet paper, slippers etc were missing. I was greeted with the response of well didn't you bring your own. This is a quote not hearsay.
Options in room such as safe, ironing board, iron etc were non existant.
I questioned if infact this was a 5 star hotel!
And the final straw was the cockroaches.
I will never stay at this hotel again." |

| "Crown Princess is an older 5 star hotel, the age is showing. However, it is clean. The mall structure it is attached to is undergoing rennovation, so at the time I stayed there was not too many facilities at that particular mall. However, there is a small shopping center directly across the street along with an LRT station. Based on age of the facilities and the state of the mall, I would rate it 3.5 to 4 star rather than the 5 star rating advertised. The staff were very friendly and attentful. Check-in/check-out were simple and uneventful. The food was good and the free breakfast well done with a variety of items.
It is well located being a short walk from the LRT stations and several embassies. It is quite easy and cheap to go anywhere in KL without using a taxi. It is possible to go between the hotel and KL international airport using the KL express train and the Putra LRT.
