"There should be more variety of foods for the buffet breakfast. The variety is getting lesser and lesser each day I stay in Cornade. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days and the last day of the breakfast was the worst. Kindly improve on it."

"First of all, I would recommend that you do not go for the supposedly refurbished room. There were no changes and I felt that the staffs at reception does not know either. I paid extra for the 'refurbished' room and felt cheated. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the maid on the 16th or 17th floor is lazy. She does a quick job and always make it hard when asked for some service. She puts on a long face. The location is really good but because of the unreliable and uncertain service, I felt that I should not give preference to this hotel again. Might stay there only if I cant find another hotel."

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as my wife and I had a pretty upsetting experience there. First off, the hotel is in pretty bad shape. The service is quite bad and the workers there will exploit every chance they get with you. Just to upgrade to a room with a bath tub, they charge me an extra $100 a night and I end up paying an extra $500 for my stay. Their limo service is also a ripped off. Instead of charging $100 for a trip from the airport to the hotel, they charge me $130. So if you are thinking about staying there, think twice. Sure the location is good but see this, after a long day outside and returning to a room smell of cigarettes and your personal belongings being disturbed, do you really want to risked it? By the way, they didn't even prepare a receipt for me at the end which truly shows how bad the service over there. Thats all I have to say. There's plenty more but I'm just too disappointed. Ps: We stayed there during our honeymoon"

"The room has seen better days, the furniture is worn. But location is great, and that makes up for it. Carpark is far and a distance to walk, but the low valet cost of RM10 per stay is excellent. It's my first choice whenever i need to stay in KL. "

"The location is convenient, near to shopping complexes & easy access for transportation e.g. taxi, LRT. The room provided with free access to Internet, so I can access my email easily. Need to improve on the breakfast menu... and since I booked for 3 adults in a room, the extra bed should not be chargeable. "

"the room was very dirty"

"The words 'newly refurbish' are misleading. The furniture looks old, only the carpet looks new. Not value for money for the newly refurbish deluxe panorama room."

"i booked for the panorama deluxe set but unfortunately the room did not match the value of my money!!!! it really sucks that is the first and last i choose that hotel. i felt cheated until now.."
