| "Check in was smooth and efficient. Room, however was simply not up to standard. We stayed in a Superior. The room was obviously very old and had not been renovated for a very long time. The bathroom looked very tired and old. The water in the bath took ages to drain out. We forgot our toothbrushes and were hoping that the hotel would have provided ones in the bathrooms as most hotels do these days but, alas, there were no such amenities provided in the bathroom. A/C in the room was very noisy.
Buffet breakfast was good, but no nasi goreng (fried rice).
Will probably continue to stay here as the hotel is conveniently located, but the rooms NEED RENOVATING - they are not worth the current room rates." |

| "Checking in and out was a bliss. Friendly staff at counter and the concierge.
However, I thought that service at the cafe for breakfast was not satisfactory.. there seems to be double standard of service amongst the staff at the cafe... and they were not too friendly either.
Anyway, I would still stay in Concorde the next time I am in KL. I might however skip the breakfast deal and have it elsewhere though.

| "Last yr stay was better than this yr.
Staffs were being 'extra friendly' and need to polish up on their English.. They are more on smiling face with the europeans than with the asia. Had an irritating experience when checking out ~ was queueing up for more than 20mins when it was done less than 5mins.. guests were unsure as to where to queue for check out as no proper infos was given. Overall stay was good.
A pity Hard rock cafe was close for renovation as we receive no adv abt the closure during booking.

| "Stayed only one night and it was great. Foyer and reception was new and modern. Rooms were a little old but clean. Same with bathroom. Central location - walking distance to the shopping malls, KLCC, clubs and hawker stalls (Jalan Alor). Requested to be on top floor and got it. Was advised by reception at check-in that there may be some noise in the morning due to construction next door (appreciated the heads up) but didn't hear anything. Breakfast was great too - good variety.
When we checked out the next day, I was greeted by name as the staff at reception remembered me. Staff were friendly and genuine.
AsiaRooms had the cheapest price out of all the other websites. Would definitely be back if I got a similar price (paid AUD94) per room.
Tip on cabs, if you want to pay the normal price don't ask for a cab at the steps of the hotel, walk 10m away and get one off the street." |

| "This hotel looks the same when I stayed 7-8 years ago.I booked a superior executive room and it turned out to be a small room.I am not sure if their superior executive are all that small or not.Although the toilet is clean,there was a urine stench coming from the toilet bowl.Receiption staff were okay but other staff were not that friendly.Breakfast was okay with wide range of food but the omelette and eggs were cooked behind the food line.So people waiting for their eggs to be cooked, were causing obstruction to the people trying to take the food.Location is fine with monorail station 5 minutes walk away.I will only book this hotel when others are unavailable." |

| "As said by many guest, check-in was delayed by 1 and a half hour, Will call me when it's ready, waited and I got to check at the recept, it was ready but did not inform me as was told earlier. " |

| "buffet breakfast spread was good but there were cockroaches - 2 on the servery near the pancake station and 1 on the tim sum steamer. when alerted, the manager and staff merely shooed the cockroaches away.
also, cutlery on the table which was partially unused was put back into the drawer with resumably clean cutlery instead of clearing them all away. saw this on the table next to us.
leaves us in doubt to their sanitary." |
