"The rooms we booked were very out of maintenance. Especially the bath tub need for repair and refrunish. In addition, the worst condition is most of the rooms e.g. 1514 & 1516 & 1502 have many mosqitos and unknown insects. My children were suffered from sting on their bodies. But when we made a complaint to the receiption staff, their horrible feedback , unwilling to help and poor customer service made me more disappointed. I hope you can enhance your inhouse training towards your staff and upgrade your management properly. Regards, CHENG Woon-kit from Hong Kong "

"Worst hotel ever been in or seen in my life. Distgusting nasty place."

"i stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was terrible. for a start i was on the 15th floor and beside these really loud 3 or 4 bangladeshy men. the hotel is all smoking, im a non-smoker. the air con has no control on it. the staff had a limited version of english but were not unfriendly. the location was horrible, its right beside this night market place that goes on all night long. i was on the 15th floor and am partially deaf but could hear everything downstairs as late as 3am. there were muslim chanting prayers every hour or so and the guy was using a micro or mega phone of some sort, so you could'nt escape it. the mini fridge broke down after about 2 hours of being in the room and there was no cable tv only a blurry reception with 5 or 6 channels all in the malay laungage. would never ever stay in this place again. the neighbourhood itself was a bit rough and dodgy as well as the hotel itself coming across as being very dirty and smelly. the only 1 good thing was that its very close to chow kit monorail and i could leave the area fast"

"The buffet breakfast provided is too little, most likely only put for display. It is not very tasty either. "

"Price is not competitive enough to justify the grading of hotel -- I should be charged half instead -- leakage washroom, bad smell on carpet, "mean" breakfast with only a drink, plain noodle and plain congee and location of slum and dirt. Unless you are a budget traveller, I would not suggest that you stay here."

"thanks to the team at the city villa for your help in directions and consideration, perfect for us close to mosks, halal food total, the cleaner very nice the girls a t breakfast, buffet in the breakfast perfect included in the deal thanks for a great stay will deffently look you up when travling to mlasia kl again "

"Although the place is perfect for budget travellers... the room needs refurbishing, the bed linens replaced ( my wife and I got an itched with the blanket provided by the hotel) and the bathroom... they need to fix the faucet. It's leaking water. If you want a perfect view of the petronas twin towers pick a room on a high floor. Overall, the hotel is not bad. The management of the hotel just needs to oversee some changes in the rooms and not just build more new hotels and forget about the old ones."

"I suggest some more items for breakfast such as fried bee hon ,mee hon and fruits. For the room services better supply hair dryer and electric water kettle that will be more easier for us."
