| "Bad encounter with frontline service staff as they are more willing to relate better with Caucasian than local looks. Need to pay more attention to parking area, located at the entrance of garbage area which is stint and unsightly. Worst experience when my car was dented and scratch when the manual lifted barrier was released carelessly by the attendant and it hit the rear roof side of my car." |

| "the hotel was being renovated while we were there so there was a bit of construction noise, but other than that it was excellent. the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and nice. the only things it lacked were internet, and cable tv as there were only the few free to air tv channels." |

| "The hotel stay was pleasant and the staff was cordial and receptive.
The hotel is situated in the center of the city within easy accessibility to nearby train stations and taxi stations. The hotel is very well known among the local people and it is hard to get lost.
Overall, it was a good stay." |

| "We stayed at Stanford for 2 nights. The location is a bit inconvient. To use the public train system you have to change train lines and stations. To get to the central part of town. It is also very loud and in a dirty area of town. The elevators were broken and we had to climb 12 flights of stairs. The hotel rooms were old and dirty. " |

| "The hotel itself needs heavy duty improvements.
The bathroom have bugs and is also heavily covered with mold. The carpeting is a disgrace and absolutely needs replacing.
The lobby looks deceiving and the overall rooms are filthy.
The hotel area is not the best area for first time travelers and experienced as well." |
