| "I asked for dry cleaning services at around 12mn after settling down (my flight to KL landed at around 1030pm) and they told me room service was not available for the night. I needed my suit pressed for a meeting at 10am, i ended up pressing it my own.
The room is small, carpet and furnitures have seen better days. toilet is almost clean, the glass panel separating the shower area and the sink is clean. But the floor has left-over hair scattered under the sink.
Access to rooms start from the elevator and is are key card-activated, pretty secure. a good location, food choices, bars are within the next 500m or so.
Internet not available in all rooms. Customer service staff easy to approach, eager to assist. What you pay for is what you get in terms of amenities." |

| "Overall, the hotel is upon its average standard. Once I got to the it after 4 hours drive from Singapore, I was surprise there isn't a car park for the Hotel. And I have to park at the opposite Plaza and walk across the road to get to it.
Location of the Hotel was good but the noise from the traffic below can really wake you up plus the live band from the opposite pub can heard till 2 to 3am in the morning.
Room wasn't what I had expected. Kinda smaller than describe on the web.
The only plus point is the hotel is clean and closely situated at the heart of Bukit Bintan shopping and dinning area.

Other then that, I think it was fine." |

| "Excellent value for money, right in bukit bintang. Compared to other five star hotels we stayed at (at often, more than double the price) the only different was that the finishings in the room weren't as glamarous - but they were more than adequate -esp for the price. The hotel staff were very friendly. The buffet breakfast was even better than another five star hotel we stayed at in KL!" |

| "This place has good facilities around. Even in the middle of the night, this place is still pretty busy with actions. Massage palours aglore, but if you are into clubbing, then this place is about 30 mins walk." |
