| "My stay at Boulevard hotel is marvellous. The room given to me is what I requested from AsiaRooms. I requested for a non-smoking room located at high floor. The superior room is better than what I expects. It's clean and comfortable.
The complimentary buffet breakfast at Wild Rice restaurant at 9th floor is fantastic. It's an International buffet. I can say that the food is suitable for all ages and nationalities as it's delicious.
What I love is that the hotel is located near to 2 mega shopping malls which are Mid Valley Mega Mall and The Gardens Mall. It takes 3 days to shop at these 2 mega malls.
It is also convenient to travel to the Central area of KL by taking the bus or LRT. You can take it from the bus-stop and LRT station located near to the hotel. You might also consider taking a taxi to the Central as it does not costs that much.
Overall, I find the stay at Boulevard Hotel is wonderful and I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. " |

| "The service level does not match the price was not worthy. Service standard can be better with check in. Quality of food is below average because of the holidays insufficient staff. It does not not give me a sense of secure place nor a very clean place. Suitable as a budget hotel and nothing more.

| "I thought reservation for triple is of three single beds but it came with one roll in bed for the third pax. The room with 3 beds is clamp for three persons. But the floor we had was good. On the high floor of 25th and looking out to the twin tower.
As for the facilities, the towels and toothbrushes are not enough for three. Initially, it was given with three towel and one toothbrush. When the staff that came in with the extra bed should help to look at the toiletries and towels. overall, the view and room is fine.The location is perfect, linked to mid-valley." |

| "The staffs there is not friendly! We booked a room for 3 persons, that means we paid for extra bed in asiaroom. But when we check in, the staff told us extra bed was not avaliable that day. and didn't say sorry to us! At last, they asked a manager out, then she say sorry to us. we think if there is no any extra bed, they should paid back the extra bed fee for us. But after 30mins, they found a extra bed for us.
For a 4 stars hotel, the staffs working there are not friendly and helpful at all. " |

| "I stayed in the delux room for a night together with my husband and a 1 year old child. The baby cot that I had requested came without any sheets, cot bumpers and blankets. It is basically just a cot + mattress.
This is not the worst. I had the shock of my life when I was trying to fill the tub to bath my little child. The water that flowed out was yellowish and it turned to light brown when i tried to adjust the flow! This was the same with the wash basin. I was absolutely shocked and called the reception immediately. They sent a maintenance guy up. When the Maintenance person saw the filled tub and wash basin, he said that "it's normal as the tub wasnt used frequent enough"!
I dont expect this from a 4 star hotel and when I complained to the receptionist, she just gave me a blank look and said nothing.
I will absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone! " |

| "I left a wake up call at the reception on 18th night fr wake up at5.30 AM on 19th June. Did not get wake up call. Got up late at 6.40 and had to rush for breakefast and then to the Petronas TT. this caused panic . Made complaint to the duty manager. No reply till now ie 1st July 2008" |
