"The location of the hotel is in the strategic area, unfortunately the basin in the bathroom has a leak so that so wet."

"We were MORE than impressed with the Ancasa Hotel. From the first moment we pulled up, the service was fantastic. We always had someone available to answer our questions (although, we found some sources more reliable than others), the lobby was beautiful and welcoming, the breakfast was one of the best we've ever been to, and the room, although modest, was a good value for the money. We also felt like the location couldn't have been much better. We were walking distance to several attractions, right by China town, and were surrounded by food shops, restaurants, and great markets. We also easily walked through China town to get to the monorail, which was cheap and efficient. We were sad to leave this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to others. Although we didn't use many of the extra facilities, it looked like they had a good variety and something for everybody. Thank you, Ancasa. "

"The lobby of the hotel raises your expectation so much that you struggle to live in that very simple room clean, simple. "

"Superior room 1308: - blood stain on the bed sheets - window that doesn t close properly - bath tub broken Good breakfast - facilities in good condition location noisy Can book for nearly the same price the Impiana which is at walking distance from Bukit Bintang and close to embassies"

"Room was always clean, service was friendly but some staff didn't understand English very well. Because of this we waited 3 hours and made 5 phone calls to get a room service meal one night. The toilet in our room constantly blocked. As we were there at the tail end of Ramadam, some of these difficulties might have been caused by this. A good location for shops, either a short walk or short taxi ride. I have had better value in other hotels."

"Great location - near to Puduraya Bus station, Chinatown, Bukit Bintang and other central areas. Room is cleaned and in satisfactory condition. Breakfast buffet is satisfying with a good spread. Overall a great stay and a rejuvenating one too."

"Spent one lousy night in the hotel and the only good thing about it was that it was close to China Town and all the stalls are vertually outside the hotel. The room was not very clean, the fridge did not work, there are renovations going on on the floor above and we could not hear the TV from all the drills and hammers going on, the bathroom had mould in the shower and needed renovations itself. Overall not a pleasant stay at all and i cannot think of anything possitive to say about the place. Will not stay there again and for the price you can find a better hotel."

"Location is good. service from counter and security is good The house cleaning is very bad. The whole toliet was not cleaned at all. It was not cleaned even on the second day. Horrible"
