| "The most convinient service of this Hotel is its Bus that transport you from the Hotel to the Shinjuku Station (and viceversa) each 20 minutes in the morning (from 7:005 to 10:30 am) and afternoon (from 16:30 to 21:30). The bath is small. No wardrobes in the rooms. The temperature of the air conditioning can not be regulated by yourself in the room, which means that you can eventually be colder than wished.

| "Food is very good. Staff is courteous and very accommodating.Wifi was a great help. Location is good enough. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the mall and train station but it would be great if it's continuous.
Hopefully, the buses from the airport can stop by the hotel." |

| "Small Room, Semi-Double just small for one person,I can't imagine two people. With breakfast we should be told that we receive two breakfast tickets and are charged for two people even though only one person is staying in the semi-double. We paid $25 for the buffet breakfast." |

| "Hi All,
We enjoyed our stay at New City.
1st, the breakfast is good. We still miss the healthy cooked bacon & ham, ha..
2nd, there is free shuttle bus service so save the walking to hotel & trouble to carry heavy shopping bags.
3rd, the room size is ok & the aircon is strong.
The only complaint is the shuttle service is not available from 11am to 3pm." |

| "Indeed a reasonable hotel to stay in, especially situated in the heart of the busy Shinjuku City in Tokyo.
The hotel staff was friendly and able to accommodate to our requests at times with proficient English.
The hotel room was reasonably all right in size and the room was neatly tidied and items were replenished daily. There is a garden situated opposite the hotel and the garden view was indeed great!
It is within short distance to subway station and the Shinjuku station.
In addition, there is complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel.
But it will be great, if there are some shuttle service intervals provided in the afternoon.
The breakfast buffet was great, combined with both Western and Japanese style. It will be great if the buffet can varies daily as we stay for 4 days eating the same food.
Overall, it was indeed a budgetable hotel for average travellers who wana seek for cheaper accommodation and get to stay and travel to other parts of Tokyo conveniently." |

| "Thanks for getting our feedback.
The location of the hotel is a bit far away from Shinjuku train station, forturenately the hotel provide Bus services to the station. But the frequency need to be increase, expecialy the interval from 1100 until 1600 hrs.
I had tow my laggage for20 minutes from hotel to train station at 1300hrs during my return trip to Airport. The bus service will be important for heavy laggage user.
If the bus services can be increased, I may consider to stay at same hotel at my next trip at next year.
Thank you." |
