| "I am so glad I chose this hotel. It was wonderful. Looking forward to going back, but will be booking direct.
Especially enjoyed the aromatherpay massage, and the room service and breakfast buffet was delicious.
Dedicated subway station was also convenient and I enjoyed wandering through the walkways and shops of Shiodome.
My one question - where is Shimbashi Post Office?" |

| "Only problem I had was that room I recieved did not see like room I had booked. This was first time I have had this feeling regarding room booked over the internet...usually the room is vene better than I expected. After two calls down stairs and anopther trip back to recpetion we upgraqded to better room, of course, at acharge of 6,000 yen per night. Overalll location was fairly convenient, nice view and would recommend even though rooms a bit small" |

| "We stayed at the Park hotel Tokyo for 8 nights in April and we really didn't want to leave.
The location of the hotel is fantastic. It was located about a 10 minute walk to Ginza and a 15 minute walk to Tokyo station not that you really had to walk.It was located right near the main JR line, subway and the monorail used to get to Tokyo Bay, you really couldn't get a better location.
The hotel itself was really nice, located on the 25th floor. My first impression was that the lobby was not a non smoking area but after checking in (was a little stuff up with the booking, wanted a double bed but got 2 singles) and taken to our room i was more than impressed. The room was slightly small but was prepared for that but everything in the room was so clean and well maintained.
There was plently of places to eat around the hotel and we kept finding new places to eat each day. " |

| "Excellent stay. Treated us excellent and the hotel was gorgeous. Very nice view of the city too from certain areas and live music in the lobby at times. Rooms were very comfortable and had somewhat nice views. Very good service from the staff - they all spoke English and were very courteous. And there's a very convenient airport shuttle from here.
The only complaints were that it isn't in a great location. Shiodome is nice and modern but there's not too much around. But this is remedied by the fact that there is a train station downstairs. And the cafe on the first floor isn't very good at all, but there is a bunch of stuff across the street including Hamburgers and hot dogs. Not much in the way of Japanese but we needed some comfort food after a long trip.
Stay here... it's awesome and you can't beat the value." |

| "Overall, a very good hotel and a really enjoyable stay for me (for 7 nights). If only the rooms were some 10 - 15 percent bigger and would be perfect! Very friendly and helpful staff." |

| "This is the third time I have stayed at the Park Hotel. It continues to provide one of the best values in Tokyo, if you are seeking a luxury environment and a quiet, dignified atmosphere. The rooms, while small, are quiet, clean, and offer amazing views of Tokyo. The staff has always been courteous, kind, prompt, and willing to help. I required special help on two of my visits, including this visit, and the staff eagerly sought to assist me.
As an American, I value showers over baths, so I did not rate the hotel highly on the bathroom characteristics. In addition, while the hotel's toiletry amenities are nice, especially the bath salts, I would like to see the hotel add body lotion or face cream to the amenities. I found the air in Tokyo to be quite dry this trip, and my face and hands suffered from a lack of such creams.
Finally, as a person who is unfortunately addicted to his Blackberry, I wish the hotel had the facilities to recharge the Blackberry battery. Unfortunately, I forgot my charger, but was not terribly worried because I have found many luxury hotels have the capability to offer electronic gadget recharging. In fact, the Park Hotel does have mobile phone recharging service. Please think about the Blackberry addicts!
