4/5  Posted by MR. BOBO, DAVID, Uzbekistan in May 2008
"Location was perfect; only 1 block from subway stops and the Imperial Palace; and 3 blocks from Tokyo station. The staff was always courteous. Their help in getting each day started (like advising us that Museums are always closed on Mondays) as well as the best routes to get to our destinations really made Tokyo more enjoyable. The only downside was the expensive breakfast buffet."

"perfect place for a few days stop, close to Tokyo station so an excursion outside of Tokyo via Shinkansen is easy. Also great great place to get up and walk around the Imperial palace in the morning. Nice restaurants in the area but pretty dead during the weekend. I was there during the Marunouchi art week but not sure what it is all about except for the art fair. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Palace very much. We stayed at the hotel 4 nights and found it very accomodating. The beds were very comfortable. The service was the best! We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet. We would definitely stay at the Palace again. The location was also close walking distance to the train station and to many restaurants and shopping."

"Very close to Tokyo Station and five metro lines allow you to visit all Tokyo and sourounds quickly. The size of room and bathroom are very big. The staff speak english and are very kindly. It is beside to imperial palace and share the views with it. But isn't close to night fun, disco, pubs, you'll need taxis for live the tokyo night. "

"For walkers, who will take a 1hr walk around the OUTSIDE of the Palace, and who like to walk through the Palace Gardens. Good value though Asiarooms.com"

"Excellent location and great service - a little expensive, but I expected that given the location. The handicapped accessible room was well equipped - but had two single medical beds. OK if you needed that. "

"The hotel is great for the Subway system and main rail network - Tokyo station is only 5 mins walk way. The hotel overlooks the Imperial Palace gardens which look great but please check their opening hours as they were shut on the Friday we tried to visit! Hotel staff were very helpful and spoke good English and you can get some great views from the top floor bar and restaurant. You can also get a direct bus to and from the airport which only took about 80 mins and cost about 15 GBPs and I think probably a lot less less hassle than the train because of the volume of people and stairs at the station. Would definitely stay there again and would have no problem recommending it to others. "

"This hotel was great and a very good value.  Everyone was very polite and helpful.  I had a small problem which the hotel went out of their way to help me solve.  I have stayed in many hotels aroudn the wolrd before and can say this was one of the better ones in terms of care and service.  Also, a good location if you are taking public transportation and want to be near the Tokyo station.  "

"This is the ideal place to stay if you have business in the Maranouchi area. A "mature" hotel, but with excellent service and facilities. Also easy to access by taxi and other transport, close to Tokyo Sation. Being near the Imperial Palace, it's handy for anyone who enjoys a walk in the park."
