| "fantastic location. close to the nightlife, shops and subway station, unfortunately we had requested a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room which stank. also the free wireless internet was unreliable inside the room but was good when used near the front desk. friendly staff though. i would stay here again if given a non-smoking room" |

| "The hotel is well located next to the Shinjuku JR station. There is many eatries nearby which opens until late at night. The room is small. The breakfast provide is without much selection. If you are spending a lot of time out the hotel, it could be a good budget hotel." |

| "The location near the JR-station and subway lines is a perfect starting point for travelers/tourists in and outside Tokyo. The only thing what could be better in my opinion is the breakfast. This is without any variation at all.

| "Hotel in excellent location. Rooms clean, but very small (which we knew beforehand). Breakfast only until 9 a.m., so we often did not take breakfast in the hotel." |

| "Breakfast is useless. But location is brilliant!!! It's SO close to everything and so easy to find!
Room is small and smelled of smoke, even they sprayed it a few times. Very good view from the window... Overall- depence of your requirements, but i guess most people coming to Tokyo not to sit in hotel room, so location would be the most important thing. And for location I'll give 10" |

| "My stay at the Nishi Shinjuku was okay. The room size was small, but now that I think about it, expected for the price I paid. Overall the hotel was very clean and staff friendly, helpful and English speaking. The buffet breakfast was good, but was the same for all four days of my stay. The location was good for getting to and from Shinjuku Station. I was disappointed in that the hotel did not have a world class gym or any gym as advertised on the website. However, overall for the price I paid which included the daily breakfast it can't be beat. " |

| "STAYED at nishi shinjuku hotel for 6 nights from 29/06/2008 to 05/07/2008..
it was a really nice hotel. tucked in just behind the buildings so its not too noisy at night remembering that shinjuku its the city that never sleeps!!!
very close to everywhere..
the room and bathroom is normal size, since all hotels in Japan are very small in size compare to other countries.
staff are very nice, breakfast is Ok.. maybe a little more variations for berakfast menu would be good.
but.. i went to tokyo for holiday and go around the cities.. i would stay in this hotel again if i want to stay at shinjuku.." |

| "Room size in relation to Tokyo is good. Service is excellent. Rooms were always clean and ready when we returned. Front desk was extremely helpful with information, printing maps and always accurate! We asked for directions to a coin laundry and a map was produced with no sales pitching for in house laundry. As we do not speak Japanese, they spoke perfect English! Good breakfast is Japanese/Western style mix. Distance from Shinjuku station is nothing (we have 2 small children aged 2 and 4 and we walked to the station in 10 minutes) and yet hotel is in a quiet area. Small park in front. Lots of eataries around." |

| "Room was of decent size and generally clean and the service staff was helpful. Quite accessible from Shinjuku station. However, there was problem in the water drainage in the bath tub and there was hair still in the drainage hole. Breakfast was quite disappointing though, the bread and jam were not replenished quickly (only 5 to 6 slices of bread were in the container at any one time)." |
