| "We were upgraded to a large room by Tokyo standards with spectacular views over the city. Even though this is a big hotel the service was fabulous - staff friendly and extremely courteous." |

| "Super hotel - very good value. Rooms a good size. Lovely garden. Coach from airport direct to the hotel worked well. Close enough to subways for getting around. Best breakfasts of the whole holiday on the top floor of the tower. Evening Japanese meal Tepanyaki - £50 + each - good views but too expensive for the amount of food provided despite the excellent service. Had much better meals elsewhere. Preferred the Park Royal hotel ( Executive room )opposite the City Air Terminal where we had a fantastic 7 course evening meal in their 20th floor French restaurant for £25 each and also a good breaskfast." |

| "I stayed here for 5 nights most important its within 2 minutes of 2 subway stations. Service was near flawless, if your looking for a premium hotel stay in Tokyo this is it.
