| "The hotel is not brand new but the overview from the window is awsome! Make sure you specify that you want window overlooking Sumida River or Rainbow Bridge, when making the order. You may also choose city view and enjoy Tokyo tower view then. We have stayed in this hotel for three times already and each time there is the same complain, staff should improve their English. Sometimes it is really difficult to explain even very simple things. But at the same time they are helpful and try to do their best to help you even if they don't understand a word. " |

| "The staff was very helpful. The location was perfect for visiting Tsukiji fish market - only a few minute walk away. It was also convenient for walking to the Ginza. We also walked to the Imperial Palace from the hotel.
The views from the hotel were stunning and we enjoyed being right on the Sumida River with its beautiful strolling path.
The massage chair in the hotel room was an extra bonus.
The breakfast was plentiful and good. Our only complaint was runny eggs which is not unusual in Japan." |

| "We had very nice time at hotel new hankyu. Its location is perfect for as. Outside of the crowd but very near to Tsukiji metro station (about 5 min walking) two stops to Ginza station and the main shopping area (also you can go walking about 15 min). The room was good, clean and have very nice view at the high floors. The staff was helpful and there is a gym next to the hotel (it is not included and quite expensive for the visitors)." |

| "I booked this hotel from reviews/location and was not disappointed. Great location to get around Tokyo. The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable/clean and well maintained. The views from the room and breakfast Restaurant are spectacular. Breakfast is fine but became a little boring after having the same for six days. I would and will stay here again." |

| "My family and I stayed at the hotel in January. The hotel itself is beautiful and in a very scenic position. Unfortunatly it was not a good position for us as I thought we were near the train station. We were travelling on a Japan Rail Pass so it meant a $15.00 taxi ride to the station.
The Tepinyaki resteraunt was fantastic (very expensive though)
Great views from the Breakfast resteraunt.
It was a shame that the hotel is advertised with lots of amenities which are actually next door and you have to pay each time you want to use them. (this seems to be the norm for Japan)
The massage chairs in the rooms made up for everything!!!!
The staff have been most helpful..... I left a piece of Art in the foyer when we were leaving. Due to our flight I could not go back and get it. After help from an employee at the train station they located it and sent it via Fedex to my home in Australia..." |

| "The hotel staff was very helpful. I also appreciated that we could leave our luggage with the hotel for several hours after check-out and before our departure for Narita. We had a nice walk on the Ginza. The sushi in TsuKiji is quite good.

| "We have a fantastic stay at New Hankyu Hotel. It is a boutique hotel with less than 100 rooms. The hotel starts from Level 33 to 38. The views to the Tokyo city skyline & the River are just awesome. It is 5 min walk to the Tsukiji subway station. And it is especially close to the famous Tsukiji fish market to see the tuna auctions at 5:30am with just 5 min walk. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable & solid, & we enjoyed the massage chair very much at the end of the day. The price is very reasonable through the Asiarooms.com & you get more than what you pay for.
Highly recommended!!!" |
