| "Overall, this is the best hotel i've ever stayed in in Tokyo. Room size is a bit larger than expected, the TV has flat screen, the sheets are always clean, the bathroom is also clean and the non-smoking room has no smell at all. Love it!
The service is also great. I speak japanese, but i noticed most of the staff speak english very well.
The only minus is the location. Eventhough it is only a few minutes walk to Ikebukuro station, mind u that if u were going to the south part of Ikebukuro, u will have to go into a tunnel to cross the train rails, which means going up and down through stairs. And, the hotel is actually in the quiet area so there's not much happening around at night. U'll have to go near the station to find a bar or club which opens 'til late at night.

| "The staff were very helpful, the buffet breakfast was excellent. The room we had for the money was tired and needed an upgrade. The beds were very hard if you like them that way." |

| "Great location only 3 mins from Ikebukuro train station's Metropolitan exit. Rooms were ensuite, modern and comfortable. Breakfast included was all you can eat buffet style - great to set you up for a days sightseeing. Hotel service was efficient and courteous. Airport transfer service is an advantage as it's door to door and cheaper than the Narita express which departs from Ikebukuro station.
The only thing that disappointed us was the laundry service which was on the expensive side. We'd been camping and didn't have many clean clothes. Housekeeping quoted us around 4,000/6,000 yen to launder a couple of tshirts/skirts and underwear to be ready for the next day (perhaps this is typical of hotels generally, I'm not sure). It was cheaper for us to head down to Uniqlo and buy new for the last few days of our trip.
Overall the hotel was in a good location; comfortable and relaxing and just what we needed after living in a tent for 5 days. We'd stay again." |

| "There was a slight mistake when I checked into the hotel. Apparently, this website did not reflect that there were twin sharing and it was my first time going to Japan, so I booked a semi deluxe double room.
I was quite taken aback when I realised it was super single bed which I could not share with my mother. After some talk, the front desk was kind enough to accomondate to my request for a twin sharing room for another extra $24 more.
I also experienced a slight earthquake tremor, but there seem to be no assurance from the staff to let the hotel guests know that an earthquake had happened. Perhaps, it could be quite common to feel tremors in Tokyo.
Overall, it is a 5mins walk to Ikebukuro station and easily accessible to nearby shopping centres such as Seibu and Tobu. You can also venture to walk around the shops around the hotel and 24 hour cafes are conveniently located. Overall, a rather good hotel for its pricing. " |

| "Have stayed in this hotel 2 times and I'll definitely go back again. This hotel is great for the following reasons:
1) its really near the Ikebukuro train station which has both the metro and JR lines running through it
2) the hotel shuttle bus goes to and fro this hotel (Haneda as well as Narita!)
3) the staff speak reasonably good English
4) 2 major department stores are nearby (TOBU and SEIBU ..although I personally prefer TOBU) so if you don't feel like eating out then a quick walk to B1 of the departmental stores will definitely fulfill your cravings for all things Japanese
5) there are some pretty good ramen places nearby (5 minutes) - ask the information counter
I would recommend the Deluxe rooms if you're willing to spend abit more. The Standard rooms are definitely liveable if you're not fussy about room size. Great hotel and I can't wait to go back again!" |

| "My husband and I stayed at this hotel with our 7 year old. The service was good and the room very clean & spacious. It's covenient enough with a convenience store just across the street and only 3 mins walk to the South Exit of the JR station. However that exit closes after 9:30pm and it means another 7 mins walk to the next nearest exit which was a bit of a hassel when you have to drag 3 suit cases and a 7 year old in the rain (there's no cover). There are a few department stores nearby but it's quite a walk to the Sunshine 60 (the busiest part). All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for its price." |

| "Great location.Breakfast buffet spread is OK,however variety of food remain the same during our 5 nights of stay.so need not request for breakfast since it is not incl in room rates published. We felt the bed was bit small for 2 person and gym was under refurbish during our stay... however, this hotel is still value for money, given that hotels in Japan can be quite expensive." |
