| "Room was clean, nicely furnished and larger than any other I stayed in on my two-week trip to Japan.
Location of hotel is somewhat isolated, although the hotel shuttle makes runs to the nearby town of Narita, not just to the airport. Probably because of this isolation, their food prices are rather high, but the food is of excellent quality. The exercise facilities are quite good and include a swimming pool." |

| "We arrived at the hotel the day before our flight home so we would be in close proximity to the airport. There was a regular free shuttle bus to the hotel and a friendly english-speaking member of staff to greet us, who then took our cases, helped us check in and then showed us to our room. The room was beautiful, probably the largest hotel room we've ever stayed in in Japan! It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were fantastic - so comfy!! In terms of value for money, I would just like to say that we paid more than double for a tiny, drab room at the Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport the night before our flight to Tokyo so we were very happy. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would happily recommend this hotel. However, if you are planning the hotel as your holiday base, you may find there is not a huge amount to do in Narita, and it's over an hour by train into downtown Tokyo, but otherwise, go, stay, and enjoy!
Thanx to Asiarooms, I have been using you for two years and have always been delighted with the hotels and prices you have found for me!!

The check in was quick and the staff very polite.
The room was very nice, very clean and very quiet.

| "Perfect choice if you have to take a plane next morning. First floor´s cafeteria has good prices and excellent service. Last floor´s restaurants must be marvelous but they are quite expensive." |

| "This is the transit hotel for ANA. Since I missed my original flight, I had to book a room in Narita myself for my overnight layover in Tokyo. AsiaRooms' rate is cheaper than the corporate rate offered by ANA.
The hotel shuttle was right outside of the terminal, very easy to find. The staff at the counter only understood simple English. I told them I was expecting a call at 8pm and asked them to put it through, but they didn't understand me. There's a decent restaurant and a convenience store on site. It's great for people who are passing through Narita for one night.
The room was super clean. I thought it was great that the bathroom came with liquid hand soap and regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash in addition to the small bottles. I was alone by myself, but they gave me two twin beds instead of one big bed. The twin bed was standard Japanese size, a bit small for me, but still comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport in the morning was delayed by half an hour. I would suggest heading to the airport a bit early for the unforeseen.
In general I was happy with my stay! " |

| "Excellent hotel! Love the service and the room is quite spacious for the price. The distance from Tokyo is the main downfall but in 2009 or 2010 there will be an express train that will only take you less than hour to go to Tokyo! Will stay there again if we go to Japan again!" |

| "Relatively a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed and clean room. The breakfast has quite a good spread although there is limited variety. The free shuttle service to the airport and Narita town was very useful although it would be better if the frequency to Narita town can be increased. Quite disappointed that airport check-in at the hotel for ANA flights is limited to morning departure as the counter is closed at 11 am. Otherwise, a good value for money stay and would definitely stay again if there is a need to transit at Narita. " |

| "Proximity to airport was good and the complimentary shuttle bus very helpful. Good for just an overnight stay, although the room size was the smallest ever encountered!R. Lynch, Australia" |
