"Very good location, but a bit pricy. Please don t have people waiting too long for having breakfast ! Vivian "

"This was our first time at Century Southern Tower Hotel Tokyo and it was perfection in accommodation and hospitality. We have travelled to many places in Asia and Europe, and this Hotel is the best we have experienced in the world regardless of expense. The main reason is the wonderful friendly people who made us so welcome. It is hard to think of them as staff because we felt like they were old friends welcoming us back. Their genuine desire and effort to help us enjoy our stay in Tokyo in every way possible was fantastic. We are very grateful and honoured to have been their guests. We will definitely visit again, and we are also recommending to all our friends and associates. "

"The place is clean and very convenient. However, it does not provide room service and there's not a lot of convenient stores around the hotel. The room is a bit small for families but it should be perfect for couples."

"Great, central location, just walking distance to major shopping malls and restaurants."

"Location, view and service were all top notch."

"As in most Japanese hotels, single travellers get considerably smaller rooms. However, the bed is spacious and extremely comfortable, there is desk space to work (with complimentary internet access) and on this trip I had a room with a lovely view facing east over Shinjuku Gyoen Park. Shopping is easy as just across the rail bridge is the excellent Tokyu Hands store and a large branch of Takashimaya, The hotel's location is one of its prime features, being only two minutes walk away from the new JR Shinjuku station entrance and therefore very close to the Narita Express platform. The frequency of the airport limousine bus has also been increased."

"Free internet, english speaking friendly staff, no problems encountered. Clean & tidy. Small bathroom but with full amenities."
4/5  Posted by MR. WU, D.W., Singapore in September 2008
"Good location. Good service. Good breakfast. Decent size rooms."
4/5  Posted by Veronica, Italy in August 2008
"Century Southern Tower is a great hotel for both location and room size! The room was big for Japan, all is super-clean and the hotel gives the impression to be very new. Breakfast has a large choice and all is fresh and good quality. I had a great view from my room, I could see all of Tokyo! The JR line is just outside the hotel and also is the Toei line, but Tokyo metro needs a 5 minute walk. The location is great and I can say this hotel is the best I could get in Tokyo."

"I was very disappointed that they did not have any bellhops to help w/our luggage. In addition as the check-in is located on the 20th floor, it was very difficult to find when we first got there. If they had a bellhop on the the ground floor, it would have been much easier to find."
