"the stay was very pleasant and the hotel staff was extremely kind. hotel located at the hearth of the Tokyo temples areas with gorgeous view from the room's window. room price was very reasonable, rich and dievrse breakfast. one comment for improvement: suggest to have some english speaking channels in the tv (they were all in japanese). "

"Attractively designed room with an interesting outlook. Helpful staff, good location for Senso-ji and other sites. Good breakfast."

"Good hotel. Room was reasonably spacious, regarding reports of Tokyo. Comfy beds, and nice bathroom. We did have trouble with internet connection in room though, had trouble logging on. No breakfast included, though with a Seven Eleven & Family Mart within 5 min walk, this was not a problem. "

"Our room was extremely clean with crisp white bedding. We found the staff to be very friendly and would certainly not hesitate to stay there again."

"The room was great for a family of 4 - recently renovated, so nice furnishings. It was compact but perfect for a short stay. There was a greate view of the temple from our window. The location is excellent, a short walk to the station, and plenty of local attractions and restaurants. The asiaroom booking worked perfectly - absolutely no hassles at the hotel."

"Great location, clean rooms with helpful staff. Rooms were a good size by Japanese standards. Staff were able to help us with restaurant suggestions. I would recommend this hotel."

"Hotel was in a good position just near the oldest temple in Tokyo and 20 mins by subway to the city. The area is also much more traditional than other parts of Tokyo. Also Asakusa was the starting point for a river cruise."
4/5  Posted by MR. RODRIGUEZ, Marco, Costa Rica in November 2007
"The rooms are quite small, but for one traveler or two are ok. Very clean and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The Hotel has a very good location, just a few blocks from the Asakusa Station and from the main attractions of the area. The only negative point is that the hotel does not have internet service at all, not even in the lobby. The restaurant serves really good food."

"Staff spoke english reasonably well and were very helpful. Room was small (normal by Japanese standards though) and appeared rennovated / new with air-conditioning, flat panel TV (no English channels), internet connection if you have a laptop but no internet terminal (but there was an internet cafe 2mins walk down the road). Room entry by electronic card. Location was very convenient to transport (5 minute walk to subway and river ferry/boat) and close to sight seeing attractions such as Sumidagawa river cruise to Tokyo harbour (Hinode Pier / Hama Rikyu garden), Sensoji temple and Ueno. Did not use hotel restaurant - so can't comment on this."
