"The hotel is excellent for a stay in Tokyo. I always use it for my business trips there. The location is very good, closely to govermnent area and also to shopping and leisure. Furthermore the hotel provides good transportation to airport"

"Very good location! The metro line is just opposite the hotel and there are alot of reasonable restaurant as well. However, some of the 1st floor staff are not that friendly. But they can understand English quite well. Thanks to the free shuttle bus provided for our Disney Land and Sea. This really save us the time to plan for our travelling. But you have to make reservation at the hotel. "

"Service and facility are great. Being a part of Disney Neighbor Hotel makes it convenience when going to Disneyland and DisneySea. Breakfast is also wonderful. BUT, 1. Shower Cap should be given as a part of amenities in all rooms !!! 2. 7 days weather forcast with complete details of next day weather should be posted at the lobby or conceirge or even more perfect if provided in the room. "I have no complaints with this hotel except for the room size. The staff are helpful, especially those in the lobby and the rooms are always clean and well replenished. Breakfast is included as well. For the first 2 nights we booked a room for 2 adults and were given a decent sized twin bedded room. The remaining last 4 nights we booked a room for 3 adults. We were not given a bigger room with 3 beds but instead we were told that a portable bed will be installed in our present room. It seems they do not have a room with 3 beds and any other bigger room for us. The room was so cramped and we were unable to move in the room without moving our suitcases and chairs around each time. If they do not have any 3 bedded rooms, why do they take our booking. "

"We liked this hotel, because it was in the centre of the town in a nice elegant place. It was easy to get to anywhere because of the various metro lines close to the hotel. Further, your hotel was quiet and very much homely. We liked it very much!"

"The location is ideal for me. The rooms are a little small, but livable as I only use the room for sleeping. The internet connection has been greatly improved since the last stay. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The breakfasts are among the best in Tokyo!"

"The location of this hotel is great, at least for many business travelers. Metro station is just across the street. Big PLUS for the free Internet connection that was offered at least for our rooms! In general, the price is very good compared to the quality of the hotel! Very nice and flexible staff, even though English was not so well managed by all. We had double rooms for single travelers as we are aware the very small size of the regular single rooms in Japan. The price of 107 EUR was still very acceptable for a double room. You even got 2 breakfast ticket per day in a double room with a single occupancy;-) Maybe the only big hope for the hotel would be a better breakfast arrangements - both in selection of the buffet and style/interior of the restaurant. For instance, I miss fresh fried eggs and better yogurt selection. "
