| "This hotel was ridiculously easy to find.
Exiting the ShinOsaka Station east gate down a set of stairs(admittedly a little bit of a challenge with cases) you cross the pedestrian crossing, turn left and walk twenty feet to the alleyway to the rear entrance.
We found the proximity to the station to be absolutely fabulous.
We were very nervous about the voucher system, especially as you could not confirm reservations with the hotel, never having used Asiarooms before - however when we presented the voucher there were no problems at all.
Our room had two large singles(or small doubles) and was very tidy with fridge and tv and writing desk. The bathroom had a western toilet with electronic gadgets, a shower and bath. The room was clean and although a little on the compact size was much bigger than we expected. For the price we were extremely happy.
We had requested a non-smoking room and could smell no smoke at all in the room - which was very pleasing.
The fridge was not working the night we arrived, so I dropped a note to the reception in the morning and it was fixed when we came back from town the next day.
Staff were not great with English as others have said, but with patience and a pad and pen nothing was too much trouble for them, and they were very friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to stay very close to a great location for visiting Osaka and other areas, with ShinOsaka station being an excellent gateway to Japan.
We went from here to Tokyo and Kyoto and it was very convenient with the staff at the station being very friendly to tourists.
There is a very convenient store beside the rear entrance to the hotel for groceries, and an extensive shopping area including large numbers of restaurants over at the station.
There is extensive renovation floor by floor going on, which was only noticeable from the sign in the lift - hopefully this will not affect the prices in the future.
We would happily stay there again and will definately be using Asiarooms again." |

| "The room was ridiculously small with no space to walk between beds. To get to one you had to walk over the other, this in a supposedly twin room. The room was dusty and not very clean at all especially around the bath. The maids did however leave fresh slippers and gowns eveyday which was a nice touch. The halls and lifts wee filthy too.
The only truely good thing about this hotel is the location. Directly opposite the east exit of the Shin'osaka train station but at least with a room that doesnt warrant you to want to stay in, u are forced to stay out more in the lovely city that is Osaka, so not all bad." |

| "It was absolutely an enjoyable stay ! It was easy to travel to and fro the airport. Great convenience store next to the hotel, easy access to the subway and JR line, especially when you do not want to walk a distance to your hotel after a long day...the hotel brings great accessibility to any place on any line ! Best of all, it's just a few stops away from major shopping district and the famous dotonbori ! I will definitely stay at this hotel again ! " |

| "Hotel Shinosaka is perfectly located for the ShinOsaka train station, with one of it's exits opposite the East exit of the station. This makes it a perfect base if you are traveling around Japan from Osaka - easy trains from there to Hiroshima, Kyoto, Tokyo, Himeji etc.
The twin room I experienced was not a bad size for Japanese hotel rooms, with ample space, reasonable amenities and bathroom. It's not a luxury hotel, but thats not to be expected for the price. It's a perfectly functional comfortable business hotel by the station which is it's main selling point" |

| "My family stay this hotel for 3 nights, it's close to the Shin-Osaka station 2 mins walk( East exit), the hotel is easy to find but for entry and exit to the JR station better through rear exit of the hotel.
The staffs do have limited English but they very helpful and try understand what you needs.
Shin-Osaka east exit do not have elevator( if there is we cannot find it) so i need to carried 3 pieces luggage
down the JR stairs so watchout for carrying too much luggage's.

| "Hotel was quite good but we had a semi-double room and it was too small for two adults and their luggage, The location was very good more or less across the road from ShinOsaka station ,not much in the way of places to eat but there were places on the other side of the station . Breakfast was quite good but mainly oriented to local travellers. A good place to stay if you are on a budget." |
