"Excellent Service, friendly staff, great room and ammenities. When a bell man overcharged to ship my luggages to Kyoto, the bell man and his surpervisor came to the hotel in Kyoto and return the refunds to me. They sincerely appologized their mistake. What a service this is!!! I can not think any place to stay in Osaka besides Ritz. I highly recommend Ritz!!! "

"This is a marvelous hotel in a beautiful residential area in Osaka.The rooms are great. Amazing views of the city. I stayed on the Club Level and it was just superb. Service outstanding in every way. But it is a pricey hotel, if you could afford it, we highly recommend this hotel. "
