| "Rooms very small even though it was supposed to be the larger one on a 'Deluxe Floor. Was given a room next to the store room and was continously disturbed by room cleaning staff entering and leaving that room after 8am.
Location is good however, near a busy/lively area of the city centre, 15 mins walk to namba and right on top of metro and also tunnel access to Sogo.
Mainly serves the locals as the quality of english of most staff is below the standard expected in a 5 star hotel " |

| "i really enjoyed my stayed at the nikko hotel, it is a great building + the staff are really nice and work really hard to make ur stay really comfertable.
the only thing that bother me, was that we could only check in at 14.00 after a long travel all the way from New Caledonia its about an 9hour travel + the train and all the waiting it would of been really nice to get into the room earlier and have a shower.
i think i have seen on the booking that we could check in earlier, so that's what i am going recommend the next time i will come to the nikko hotel.

| "Nikko Osaka is very strategically located, very close to centre shopping and entertainment. The room and bathroom are quiet small. Service are quiet good, but they don't have any pool and seemingly the other facilities are quiet limited. The lobby and restaurant are really well modernly designed." |
