| "NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ASIA ROOMS, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
THOUGHT THE STAFF SHOULD HAVE HAD A BIT MORE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
THE BATHROOM WAS VERY SMALL, BUT CLEAN. IT WAS LIKE A BATHROOM ON A CRUISE SHIP.
THE HOTEL WASNT THAT EASY TO FIND, BUT ONCE YOU FOUND IT, IT WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION.
THE ONLY REAL COMPLAINT WAS THE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM, IT IS ALL CONTROLLED BY THE HOTEL, WE HAD TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOW OPEN AS IT WAS SO HOT, THAT MADE IT VERY NOISY TO SLEEP, WE ASKED THE FRONT DESK IF THEY COULD TURN IT DOWN AND THEY ADVISED US THAT ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL WERE HOT!!??" |

| "The location of the hotel is good, just a minute walk from Namba station and eating places. Price is reasonable and the hotel ambience is cosy. Free coffee at the guest lounge though it will be perfect if there is tea or chocolate drinks as well. I enjoy my stay very much. " |

| "Despite our many request for a non-smoking room the hotel just refused to accommodate us. We booked a twin bed room but was given one queen bed room instead and was told that we have to pay another 2000 Yen if we wanted a twin bed room. We refused to take the queen bed room and they had to call Asiaroom to resolve the issue. The room was very smelly, even the pillows and comforter. It was very noisy because our room was at the back road. The air-conditioner starts and stops throughout the night, so it was very uncomfortable. We didn't get any sleep and thank God we finally checked out early the next morning. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone! You should try Namba Oriental Hotel which is both cheaper and right above the Namba station Exit B21. We stayed there for 3 nights after visiting Nagoya.

| "This hotel was more than adequate for a couple of nights in Osaka, Very close to Nankai Namba station which was easy to get to from the airport. Also walking distance to Dotombori and Den Den Town. We had a Semi-double which was probably a little abigger than i expected but still quite small. Only down side was it wasnt really conveint to JR Osaka if you were wanting to catch the shinkansen" |

| "The hotel was located very close to the Namba railway station and in Namba itself so it was a very good location for travel and nightlife. The hotel has had a renovation so the lobby was very modern and there was 2 computers for free internet and a free coffee machine. They also had washing machines and dryers for only 200 and 100 yen each so very cheap and useful for our long stay in Japan. The room itself was larger than some others we had been in in Japan. The staff spoke a reasonable standard of English and we had no problems with communication. Overall, a good value for money hotel in a great location. " |

| "I had a good stay at this hotel - very clean and welcoming. Though it was close to transportation, the station was huge, and took approximately 15minutes to walk to the gate entrance. This would be okay in usual circumstances, but not as easy when you're carrying 50lbs on your back :-)" |

| "Il Cuore Namba is a very nicu buisiness type of hotel very near exit of namba station. Better than average for this type of hotel and nice design and looks fresh (relativel newly re-decorated I guess). Really nothing to complain about, free wireless at the room, nice style of the hotel, hotel room size OK, not noisy, nice staff. Good vaue for price. " |

| "The Location is perfect for nightlife and for sightseeing as well. even when you are not able to speak japanese the staff is able to speek english and can provide you alot of direction guides etc. in enlish as well.
so enjoy " |
