| "Arrived around 9pm. after long flight for one night - staff very courteous and helpful. Room size was good for three adults but smelt heavily of smoke. bathroom good size. breakfast included - mixed western and eastern buffet and was only okay. Location is excellent - central for shopping and connecting to JR and subway. would stay again for short stay." |

| "The Granvia Hotel on top of Osaka Train Station is perfectly situated. Near everything and connected to the city and transportation system. The restaurants are also wonderful. I highly recommend Fleuve the French restaurant, excellent service and wonderful food. I highly recommend the Granvia to anyone who goes to Osaka." |

| "The Service was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful.
Pillows on the bed were very hard, but staff happily replaced it with a soft pillow.
Western breakfast was a mix of english and asian.
The hot dishes such as bacon, eggs and sausages were lukewarm at best.
Variety was excellent.
Internet connection in room at no extra charge was a bonus.

| "Although the hotel is in a perfect location I would not stay here again simply because of the quality of the hotel. It is clean, however, it is tired, worn and really a traditional Japanese business hotel.
My expectations are of a higher category and I am not trying to be negative, but my overall experience was neutral. When I return to Osaka, I don't think I would stay here again." |

| "when we first checked in, i was expecting a small room, but this room barely fit 2 people. It smelled terrible and reaked of stale urine. I called the front desk and they came right away and sprayed the room with an air freshener and someone came and cleaned the toilet and floor. It still smelled bad. the carpet looked really old and dirty. the furniture has something sticky on it from a previous traveler. bed uncomfortable and too firm, staff somewhat friendly, but not too helpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless you are a business man traveling alone and will never really spend anytime in the room. " |
