| "I chose the "renewed" semi-double room. The room size is very small (maybe because of the design of the hotel building which is a round shape), other than that I have no complaint to this hotel. The room and its bathroom is very new and clean, doesn't have cigaratte smell (which is important to me), the mattress is comfortable. Location is great for sure, as it's close to the main shopping malls and it's connected by the underground shoppping paths so even raining won't ruin my shopping trip. Overall I enjoy it." |

| "4TH TIME I STAYED IN THIS HOTEL ( AFTER THE RESERVATION WAS MADE BY ASIAROOMS ) AND IÁM NOT DISAPPOINTED AT ALL .
NEAR THE MIN STATION ( JR AND OTHER RAILWAYS ) IT IS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO STAY
NEXT TIME I AM SURE TO GO TO HERE AGAIN AND -FOR SURE-
USE ASIAROOM ALSO AGAIN .

| "Although we book a larger room (delux) with the stated number of adults & children. The actual room size is too small for family with children. After the 1st night, I had to upgrade my room. The staff cannot speak proper English and communication is poor. I have to walk across to Hilton staff for proper English direction and assistance. The advantage is convenient to Osaka station which is a important. Hotel Granvia is right above Osaka station and maybe worth considering." |

| "Pros: Location is great! Starbucks is just at the lobby and many restaurants are right below the hotel and the train is also just below the hotel. Size of the room is pretty spacious for Japanese size. Internet in the room is free of charge.
Cons: The hallway looks too gloomy with that old gray and brown carpet that is definitely need to be changed. The bathroom is pretty small, like normal Japanese standard. The only downfall experience that I had staying at this hotel besides the old hallway is the concierge gave us wrong direction for the airport shuttle bus station. The station is about 5 minute walk but when we asked where it is, they only gave us a map, written in Japanese, of course and and we asked the direction, he showed us the wrong direction. We had to walk for about 15 minutes and had to ask people around where the station was and had to walk all the way back to the hotel as the station was nearby the hotel. I remember the station was just at the back of the hotel (sharing with Hilton), but now it is reserved only for Hilton guests. So for those using the airport shuttle bus it is rather a hassle when you bring lots of luggages and you have to walk on feet to go to the station. " |

| "The room carpet really needs serious shampooing. For some strange reason, the aircon cuts itself off in the middle of the night and only comes on again around 7am! We noticed that this happened for 4 consecutive nights while we were there." |

| "Ideal location close to main JR Osaka Railway Station, 2 other private lines and the subway. Airport Bus Stop is behind Hotel. Very many shops and restaurants nearby.
Rooms are a good size by Japanese standards. They are bright with a large window. A/C is good. Staff are very welcoming. Buffet breafast is fine." |

| "Well, for the fourth time, you reserved for me this
hotel. And as always - for me - the location and all the facilities were very good.
Near Osaka station and therefore with excellent connexions through Japan ( and also with a lot of eating places nearby ) everything very well .
