| "Great location, very beautiful rooms, friendly English-speaking staff - everything was perfect except for one thing - noise. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on higher floor or look for a different hotel. We got a room on 8th floor and could not sleep all night. Next morning we asked for a quiet room and they gave us a room on 14th floor, it was not very quiet too but we could sleep there." |

| "We stayed at the Cross Hotel for five days.
We arrived to find a recently renovated hotel with relatively spacious (by Japanese standards)refurbished rooms . The location is convenient, with Shinsaibashi and Dotombori just around the corner, and the high end brands within easy walking distance. The location itseld was in a busy area, without any of the noise!
The Namba subway entrance was only 300mtres away, which made it easy to travel to other parts of Osaka.
Staff were helpful, and friendly.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone after a modern, clean, and highly convenient hotel that's great value for money. " |

| "I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are very modern and the bathroom was fantastic. It has a great location for shopping or getting anywhere you need to go.

| "This is our first visit to Osaka and we chose Cross Hotel based on its location and the reviews. We are so pleased with our decision and are still patting ourselves on the back. It is located in a very convenient location in Dotonbori - near the subway and train stations, food outlets and shopping (Takashimaya, 0101, Daimaru and Sogo amongst others) - it is akin to being in the thick of whatever is happening in Osaka! After taking the red-eye, we even managed to grab a bowl of ramen at a 24-hour ramen outlet whilst making our way to the hotel from the train station. The hotel is also very modern, newly renovated, clean and well-equipped. Hotel staff speak English, are pleasant and service-oriented. We are surprised that we had such a fabulous deal. We will defintely stay here again. Many thumbs up! " |

| "Hotel has been recently renovated and is in the best location right in the centre of Osaka. Close to restaurants and shopping, and only 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Only 2 minutes walk to the Dotonburi precinct which is the place to go in Osaka if you're hungry, thirsty or looking for something to do.
Room was modern with a large LCD TV and was a great value for it's location and price. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Osaka." |

| "we stayed here for just one night but wished we had booked in for longer. Hotel is very smart and stylish,with a great (and huge) bathroom. very comfortable bedroom. Brilliant location near to Namba station. will definitely stay there next time I'm in Osaka." |
