| "i have been to kobe maybe 5 times with my fiancee..this hotel is very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go..the bathroom was very small the the room was nice with a great view..this hotel is so convienient from all train stations..highly recommend" |

| "A nice hotel right next to Shinkansen station. Also the underground train and the Kobe cable car are near by. Room is clean , well decorated and has internet available free. Rooms has good view of the city. Breakfast has limited choice but generally acceptable. The only drawback is you have to pay Yen 525 per person to use the indoor swimming pool. I would recommend this hotel." |

| "The Crowne Plaza was quite comfortable with all the amenities I would expect. I would rate the room and bathroom very high on cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast buffet was included and offered quite a varied selection of breakfast items. The best part was the fact that the hotel is adjacent to the Shin-Kobe subway station and the Shinkansen station making the location very convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again." |

| "My wife and I were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were of a reasonable size and very clean and comfortable (we even got pyjamas). We had a view of both Kobe and the nearby mountain which was sensational (the 25th floor).
The faciltiies and service were excellent, and the breakfast room was clean, spacious and well lit and offered a good range of food and drinks. The hotel is situated above a shopping mall, with a range of resturants that are reasonably priced.
I did find the bathroom to be a bit dark and small but everything worked well and it was clean. The bath fits a western person too (I am 6 feet tall).
So I definately recommend this hotel and we will be visiting it again." |

| "The hotel is perfectly located 2minutes outside the Shin Kobe station, making it extremely easy for travellers to get there. It has been completely renovated in a very nice style, it is spacious and has a shopping mall with restaurants below it, so very convenient. Breakfast room is very sunny and light and choice of food is good. Would definitely recommend it for Kobe, as it is a few minutes' walk from the Kitanocho area and close to the centre of town" |

| "this is the best hotel I stayed in during my japanese trip : I cannot find anything negative to say about this hotel... the single room was very spacious with free use of internet and a pc installed in the room - when staying in this hotel also try out the very good restaurants - staff is very helpfull though the knowledge of english could be better but this is a problem all over Japan - the city center is nearby and the station for the HST is just around the corner.. - very good value for this price - I can recommand this hotel to everyone..." |

| "I only stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights. I had a single room which was small, but had internet access and a (for Japanese standards) large and clean bathroom, I didnīt need to bring anything but my own clothes (except for the nightrobe because they even provided for that). The staff was friendly and didnīt complain although I checked out at 6pm rather than 10am.
All in all it was a quiet and relaxing stay and even though I didnīt have time enough to benefit from all the various services the hotel offers such as massages, I would stay there any time again!" |
