4/5  Posted by MR. PARKER, Brian, United Kingdom in May 2007
"Best location for the station and Si=hinkansen train"
3/5  Posted by charchan, Netherlands in October 2006
"This hotel really needs a refurbishment. The carpet was dirty, the airco system rather uncomfortable. Tip: the hotel is able to switch off the cold air supply that stays on even when you switch off the airco. Just ask. There is no modern main key system so you'll have to switch off everything separately. The two Pachinko places on both sides of the ground floor entrance were very noisy. The Art-deco style interior may still appeal to some people. The location is perfect for those arriving by train."

"The strongest asset is the proximity to train station. Rooms tended to be on the small size. Staff were not strong English speakers although we managed to communicate. "

"Our stay at Clio Court Hakata Hotel was pleasant. Service was good and breakfast was a good spread. However, the room was stuffy as windows could not be opened and the layout of the room was awkward. "
