| "Arrived after a 7 hour bus trip (questionable air con) from Pekalongan hot and tired. A great tranquil hotel amongst a sea of frantic daily indonesian activity. Rooms were good and very clean and staff were remarkable and friendly. Close to city centre and a short taxi ride to alun alun( about $2-3 AUD ). Traditional music played every night..prior to bad karioke. Highly recommended for the overall cost." |

| "We think this may be of the best hotels for the price in Yogyakarta. It is about 5 km from the main street, Malioboro, but after actually seeing Malioboro, we are not sure we would have liked to stay on it. So, as long as one is willing to cab it, the location is just fine." |

| "It was great experience stay with the lovely Plaza hotel. All the services were excellent, the staff are very humble and always keep their smiling. The foods and beverages were great and delicious and tastefull. It will be hard to forget this hotel in my life." |
