Beautiful setting around pool, waterfall, and gardens visible from all rooms, as advertised. Quiet setting away from main street. Rooms clean, great beds, internet available in lobby, breakfast adequate. Restaurant was not operating is low season which was a bit inconvient, but many places to eat nearby. Service was adequate but not always friendly. Tea and snack served to each room in late afternoon on covered porch a nice touch. Overall, an excellent value.

| "Duta Garden was an unexpected oasis, It has a most peaceful atmosphere, abundant greenery and water features. The layout allows as much privacy or community as you desire. The service was fine, with the majority of the staff courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The location was ideal if you want to be able to get away from the chaos and traffic fumes(which are very bad indeed. Outside the hotel,a ready supply of trishaw riders camped, ready to take you to their commission paying colleagues at a rate approximately 10 x that of the local charges. That said, they were unobtrusive and willing to take no for an answer.
The only negative comment was that the catering for breakfast was a little meager, whilst the catering for other meals was apparently conducted at a nearby sister residence - which meant delays of an hour or so for meals. The problem was easily solved within 5 - 10 minutes walk.
All in all, I would give it a very positive rating, but make sure bookings are made through Asiarooms - you cannot get prices as good, even when you extend your stay across the counter. I know!

| "Duta Garden was absolutely beautiful. Everyone there was very friendly. It was easy to get to places, and it was quiet as it was away from the main street. Nice clean rooms with beautiful view of the garden. " |

| "Very friendly staff, with a good setting close to lots of pubs and restaurants, but in a quiet side street. The Duta Garden hotel has a superb swimming pool surrounded by a tropical garden, and it was a really lovely place to spend a couple of days while exploring Jojya. And it was very cheap too." |
