| "A basic hotel in a good location, next to the shopping plaza. It's convenient but room cleanliness could be improved. Sheets and room condition are generally OK but not that great. Would stay here if we would go to Surabaya again for shopping but not for honeymoon or romantic getaway." |

| "Very good location, very nice/polite and helpfull staff. Lots of facilities s.a. swimmingpool,sauna,fitness at 7th location. Next door you will find a big shopping mail with a lot facilities,s.a. cash machines/restaurants/local eatinghouses. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will absolutely book this hotel again for my next trip to Surabaya." |
