| "The hotel staff were very kind allowing (and carrying)my wife's breakfast to the room. Wer have two young children so the room was a better place for breakfast.
Let the water run a while before taking a bath though......(plumbing is not the greatest)
Overall; Excellent stay!" |

| "Massage service was lousy, noisy with a bunch of inconsiderate members shouting at each other, I felt like me having my body massage in the open market. Not to mention the spa is meant to be relaxing to ease the tireness after a hard day.
Strange phone calls came in to our room with no one at the other end, we were feeling unsafe in the room.
Pool side BBQ dinner was disaster. Sea food served were not cooked. Selection of food was bad. All staffs were not ready for the guests. Deco was horrible and flies were irritating. Went to bad feeling hungry was the end of the story. " |

| "Nice and quiet hotel. Good location for the airport of Surabaya, only 30minutes by taxi (60k rupiah). Rooms are nice and comfy. Stayed at the Novotell for almost 5 month. Staff is very helpfull. Free wireless internet around the hotel, even around the pool. The speed is not to good, but don't complain it's for free! Gym facilities are small but oke if you only stay for a week or so. Breakfast is very good and a wide choice of specials, indonesian and american (western). Dinners are not of my liking, cook isn't the best. If you want to enjoy a good meal go to Tunjuan Plaza. Lots of restuarants! (only 20minutes by taxi! Good hotel overall, not special but nice and quiet for an afforable rate!" |
