| "Very good service, spacious rooms, high quality hotel, good food, helpful staff. Only negative was the expensive hotel services (ie: internet, bar, room service)." |

| "Foyer is a bit tatty. Room was OK but down what looked like a hospital corridor.
Room service food was fine. Laundry came back with marks all over it, and had to be redone." |

| "the room is smaller than what we had anticipated especially the size of the twin bed. Location wise, it is a bit far from interesting shopping places. Anyway, the staff are friendly and warm. Thank you for the warm hospitality, hope to meet you again.

| "The hotel was very well equipped. The breakfast buffet was large and fresh. We ate at the restaurant afew times and it was good , excellent service. Our only concern was that there were no other eating establishments near. There were, however, lots of banks with ATM's. Chinatown and the Arab Quarter were about 2 blocks away. Very few tourists in this part of the city in March." |

| "I stayed here with my wife last November 2005 and it was great..!! i like it but the bathroom is quite small and a bit slippy. But the food is brilliant. I wish there is a special discount for someone that always go regularly." |

| "Excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff, and an absolute bargain for the price. It could do with a few more lifts (only 2 to service 9 floors meant a loooong wait to go up or down). The rooms were large and had clean facilities, but the bathroom smelt musty - maybe the extractor fan wasn't working properly.
Location was convenient for sightseeing the old town, but a bit far from the railway station and other downtown pubs/ clubs/ restaurants." |

| "The air conditioning system was not working that well during my stay there last week and we had to wait for a few hours before the room get cooled down to our liking. Perhaps the weather played a huge part as it was something like 36 degree Celcius outside!! Apart from that, I have no complaints ... the room was clean and quiet. The food was great and value for money. All in all, not a bad choice for a first timer." |

| "Room facilities were ok in the Ibis Rajawali hotel. So were the amenities. Breakfast has very limited varities. No change from one day to another save for 1 or 2. Only a couple of staff are really outstanding, the rest, could really do with some customer service training. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes to be served at the business centre when we were in plain view of at least 5 staffs who were coming in and out of the back office. Upon settling my bill, i was charged about Rph300.000 for a room charge that was apparently already paid!" |
