| "The greatest asset of this hotel are :
1)the customer service right from the Guest Relations
Officer, Registration etc are good.
2)the lunch and dinner meals were offered at a very
affordable rates. However, varieties of food served
could be improved
In conclusion, if you are looking for a convenient and budget stay in Surabaya, Garden Palace would be one of the wise choice to make." |

| "staff was quite helpfull although 1 have to wait for about 30 min to get booking confirmation sorted out.Toilet was a little smelly and stain. Great view for the city from my room but at night a little noisy from passing car and bike.Room is quite spacious." |

| "I think there is a saying that "By look we cannot able to calculate its charmness" I got disappointed on having a look at the hotel at its present state and realised that i made a big mistake of convincing myself with the pictures.
Well, for a business / Tourist / Romantic couples this is not the good place. The hotel dosent deserve to the advertisement or the way it presented on the net.
Should you expect to stay ina decent hotel please look for others.
