| "Generally, the hotel is near to Sam Tulang Airport about 30 mins drive during moderate traffic. There are convenient ammenities with shopping centres like Matahari and also KFC and Pizza outlets nearby about 5 minutes walking distance. There are also street shops like pasar malam down the road but a little further walking distance about 10 to 15 minutes. Down the road about 5 minutes walking distance, there are some internet cafes and its cheap costs Rp5000 per hour.
The hotel has good and polite staffs who willingly assist you with your needs such as requesting for plug adaptor, change of bedsheet, ask for directions and etc.
However, the room is not really spacious like Planet Holiday and Harmoni in Batam with the same price." |

| "We stayed at the Ritzy Hotel Manado and it was absolutely marvelous, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, the food was nice, i even tried some Manado dishes.
I would highly reccomend the Ritzy Hotel." |

| "Here are a couple of my comments about the Ritzy hotel : 1) The staff is not friendly at all and sometimes rude. 2) The room is dirty and there's stain everywhere like on the bed cover, bathtub, toilet, and even the wall. " |
