| "the hotel is very far from jakarta. All facilities and restaurant are very expensive and the quality is medium level.Without car or taxi is impossible to reach any kind of shop or food point.
The hotel take advantage for that.

| "Location 5 minutes from the airport is strongest asset for this hotel. Friendlt staff. Romm was old, but well maintained. No shower cubible in poorly lit bathroom." |

| "Not quite as good as we expected from a 5 star new hotel. Non-smoking section of the main buffet restaurant seemed to be tucked away! Also booked room for our daughter who was spending her wedding night there and requested "nice room". Nothing extra was done for them they had exactly the same room as us and no little extras like flowers which most other hotels seem to provide. - very dissappointing." |
