| "At first I was abit sceptical about staying at Park Lane Hotel until I actually experience it. The lobby was spacious and luxurious.The security is pretty tight. The room was amazing. I think I've got a bigger room compared to the rest on my level.The toilet is unbelievably big!The reception is very efficient,keep up the excellent job guys! Breakfast is without a doubt,satisfying. I will look forward to come back. Worth every penny!" |

| "The carpet and the seat in my room were full of stains and really needed a good cleaning. The shower curtain could also use a cleaning or replacement.I received the newspaper in the room only once, though I had filled in the card requesting it daily.
Hotel-staff were efficient, very friendly and service-minded. For me, the location was excellent.
Extensions of my stay in the hotel (on short notice), were efficiently handled by asiarooms and Asian Trails Indonesia.
Thanks to the "hot deal"-offer, the value for money was nevertheless good. If the hotel would freshen up the rooms I would probably come again with the "hot deal" offer." |

| "Park Lane is a good value for money hotel with good service.
Restaurants and food are very good.
It's one down side is the location but it's other atributes make up for this.

| "Very fast at counter service upon submission my reservation (voucher)through agent(Asia). The people are very harmful and helpfully. One thing i like, the facilities (taxi) ready to pick up. " |
