| "althought my trip with the hotel is pretty short, but my friends and myself having a great impression with the hotels and the staff. We do enjoy our stay there and would return again if we to travel Jakarta in any near future." |

| "The hotel is adjoining with a shopping mall with anchor tenant-carrefour but the shops are not selling nice goods-many fake/immitation goods or not opened at all. Outside hotels, there are many nice looking stalls but i don't think they are halal(for muslims). The bellboys are good and nice coz they helped me to get the taxi and advised me where to shop/visit. The lobby was still in renovation so it's the receptionist desk was shifted upstairs at a limited space.The staffs are polite and helpful. I booked for standard room but due to overbooking (i supposed), they upgraded me to deluxe room. Nice and spacious but less privacy at the bathroom area(unless ur travelling alone).Tried the internet service at the business centre, staffs are very pleasant but it's quite pricey-1 hour-Rp90,000 or 24 hr-130,000 (but it's valid for one day only. Breakfast was excellent. Al carte dinner was okay but limited choice. The hotel caters mainly for business people it seems.I wouldn't mind to come back here if i decide to stay in Mangga Dua. But Menteng area is the best area and close to Tanah Abang(cheaper than Mangga Dua)! " |

I find it difficult to get a decent meal ( to my liking) even though I was expecting good quality Indonesian/International food.
A hungry man is not a very happy man." |

| "My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Unfortunately we only stayed for a night and had limited time to explore the facilities. You can do plenty of shopping at the mall next door. The Ancol theme park is also nearby. Security is very good.The staff are friendly and helpful" |

| "Very nice hotel. Generally good service. Excellent food and facilities. Excellent for being part of Mangga Dua Square shopping complex and cinemas. Also has good security. Takes about 1 Hr to get down south on either main freeway." |
